This week I completed my second (however new) Research Proposal after finding out that my topic was deemed inappropriate due to someone else doing a similar topic. I will now need to make further decisions and notes about what I need to do to complete my topic, before having another discussion relating to my new topic.
I have also made more connections with people in the composing industry. This has been due to my representation of South Australia in the National Music Educators Conference, as other composers and key figures have now contacted me in relation to the event. Although these people are only contacting me to organise accomodation and flights, I will be able to communicate with them through email and ask them questions or other such things relating to my research and furthermore my future career.
